was in N.Y jan/february 2004 trust me to visit in your coldest jan/feb for 137 years, still thoroughly enjoyed it, and made my "pilgramige" to the dakota buildings, and I have to say the commisionaire was a "star" a most friendly helpful guy. I used to feel quite aggrieved that one of you americans (no offence meant)shot poor john but that grievance was proved to be unjustified when a guy with the same mental condition stabbed george harrison repeatedly nearly killing him (where did he come from ....Liverpool)

Isn't it amazing that Ringo is 64 today! Since I can remember 'When I'm 64' I couldn't wait 'til Ringo turned 64 (assuming he was going to be the first ) So anyway 'Many years from now' has become today!

Hi! My wife and me were at Strawberry Fields sunday june 13 when you and your friends musicians were playing Beatle's music ! Fabulous! We'll never forget those magicals moments. The thing I remember the most is the apprently friendship between all of you, the musicians. Easy come, easy go whit respect and good mood. I would love to know and share that kind of friendship and,... bonus, Beatle's mood! Congrat ! Keep on!

Hi, Eric and Naomi! HAPPY FORTIETH of we-all-know-what! I am greatly wondering if anybody's going to be playing at Strawberry Fields these next few days for the big anniversary (AND/OR on Wednesday, 2/25, for George's birthday); I don't have e-mail, but if someone could please call and let me know one way or the other, I would greatly appreciate it (AND make every effort to get out there). HOPE you're all well! Sincerely, Wallace Kemp XXXXXXX

I am very impressed with your website. I am 17 years old, and have listened to the Beatles my entire life. This past summer I went to New York City, and my visit to Strawberry Fields was the best part of my trip. Being only 17 and such a huge fan of the Beatles is sometimes made fun of by my peers, but those who are not familiar with the Beatles are not familiar with themselves; anyone can see that they have the most talent out of anyone now. The Beatles influenced many peoples lives, as well as my own, and they will never be forgotten. To you, Emma, don't be embarrassed by your passion for their music, and keep up the good work within your school. It will pay off someday

Love and Peace,
Amy

Hey- I don't normally do this guestbook thing but...I'm 15 (almost 16 but who's counting, eh?) I am a HUGE fan of the Beatles. I can't seem to get enough information on them. I feel when I read about them or see them in their movies I come to "know" them and they know me. I know it's odd but...I can't help but want to be a part of their life. I loved them all but John is my favorite and today at my high school a group of friends and a few teachers wore black and homemade John Lennon pins on our shirts. We hung posters saying "Remember John Lennon" which included a picture of him and we placed those around on out lockers. I have never done anything like this and as expected...people made fun. They tore down posters and drew on them. The worst part was the people who had no clue who John Lennon was it almost broke my heart, and in some ways I think it did. Yet there was a positive side...the people who DID know about him and asked to join in! We started out with 4 people and by the end of the day we had gathered about 20 people. Some we knew, others we didn't, but we all had one thing in common, a beloved talented man who had died so long ago, but was worth to those 20 to be remembered. (Yes, even though it was a tad embarassing we plan to do it next year...and push farther!)

Hi, I'm 19 and live in India . I've never been to Strawberry Field(s), but how I wish I could be there. It's Dec 8th in India now, not yet in the United States, and I find I'm missing someone who I never quite met. My biggest regret is that I was born after lennon died. Keep talking about John people, let him live through his music. Take your children, grandchildren to Strawberry Fields NYC, and let them learn about the Greatest Cultural Phenonmenon ever....

Hi Eric and Neomi! I was the woman behind you on 10/9 with the claves and the tambourine that broke during the "Birthday" jam! (Eric and I harmonized on Ringo's "Photograph") I have been a Lennon fan since I was a little girl and have always wanted to go to Strawberry Fields on John's Birthday. Last night was my first time and I am still euphoric!!!! I know John was smiling from Across the Universe.

I now plan to make this a yearly event and I look forward to seeing you and everyone else there. Nice meeting all of you.

Happy Birthday John, We will always love you.

I DID go to the real Strawberry Fields in Liverpool actually got a chance to get in there and attend a concert of about 15 Beatle bands from around the world! remember that love is the will and passion to do something - the beatles story was they loved what they were doing - so when we say all we need is love its not just hugs and kisses and nirvana on spec but being able to do things never done and sing things never sung because of this love to do all this.John was a challenger and today more than ever he's saying not someday but get on with it today to all live as one.
